After graduating from Indiana University, Gary served as a commercial property tax consultant for three years. He realized their was a disconnect of methodology between tax consultants and assessing officials. He knew he wanted to start his own company and would need a competitive advantage to best serve his clients. Gary took a new position as the county Deputy Assessor and in three years gained a wealth of inside knowledge and understanding. Since launching Tax Titan LLC in 2019, Gary has substantially lowered hundreds of commercial property tax bills across the US.

Keeping true to his company’s vision, Gary joined forces with Peter Salveson in 2020 to expand the cost saving services offered to his clients. Peter is also the President and Owner of Bright Support Services and specializes in reducing utility expenses for businesses across the United States. He has over 20 years of experience in identifying and obtaining cost reductions. In addition to his national cost reduction consulting work, Peter completed an 18-month appointment for the Indiana Board of Tax Review as an Administrative Law Judge to hear property tax cases. Peter has a B.S. degree from John Brown University and a M.Ed. degree from the University of Arkansas.
